Yes, we offer a number of methods of payment.
Is VAT included in the final price and how do I claim VAT back?
All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service, however it is easy for international buyers to claim direct via the HMRC website.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
We use DPD for UK delivery and DHL for international delivery. Shipping charges and timescales vary according to destination. This will be calculated at checkout. If you want advice about shipping costs and timescales, please contact our Customer Care team – customercare@kazurilondon.com

How do I send a gift?
During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalised gift message and exclude the price from the order invoice. All KAZVRI LONDON orders come with complimentary gift wrapping.
Can I have a KAZVRI LONDON purchase gift-wrapped?
All KAZVRI LONDON orders come with KAZVRI LONDON complimentary gift wrapping and tied with a KAZVRI LONDON satin ribbon for small items. A KAZVRI LONDON dust bag is included with handbags. KAZVRI LONDON gift boxes are only available for products 18" x 18" x 8"/45 cm x 45 cm x 20 cm and smaller. For large items we include a signature KAZVRI LONDON gift bag with your shipment. During your online checkout, you will have the option to send a personalised gift message and exclude the price from the order invoice.

AUTHENTICITY
Buying directly from KAZVRI LONDON digital boutique, guarantees authenticity. We only use genuine Crocodylus Niloticus skins. Each bag has a unique serial number and is supplied with a CITES certificate.
